BAY is one of the first public speaking competitions to be organised in the Mekong Delta Region, Southern Vietnam. BAY provides a platform for young students to choose their standpoints about many controversial issues and brainstorm a logic argument to verify their point of view in a formal format of public speaking. The topics of debating were highly critical and on-the-trend with Vietnamese public attention.
